La tradizione da gustare
Prepared following the true Italian tradition, our Pizzas are kneaded without artificial yeasts and following the sourdough method which is called “Biga”. We use exclusively super-high quality flour, which is produced by “Mulino Quaglia” and comes from selected, stone-ground wheat. You just need to choose your favorite, also with a gluten-free dough, and try it with an ice-cold beer!

In order to fulfill our gastronomic dream, in the last few years we transformed the small kitchen of the Osteria into a big kitchen staff with 3 station Chefs and 4 Sous Chef who, thanks to sophisticated machines and a modern working environment, safely work to create innovative dishes. This is why our cuisine is continuously discovering perfumes, tastes and Italian products that are always masterfully highlighted with modern techniques and a creativity that is always surprising.

After obtaining the Sommelier Degree at the Italian Sommelier Association, in the last years, Celeste and Giacomo dedicated a lot of time and passion to the creation of an excellent Selection of Wines that presents more than 150 Italian and foreign wines, with a long list of spirits and liquors. Cocktails and aperitifs complete our offer and are appreciated a lot by our Italian and foreign guests.
